Logistics Detention Specialist - Guayaquil

As a Detention Specialist you will track, monitor and request driver detention from the customers, and will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: detention tracking, detention requests and order entry for loads qualifying for detention.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to :

• Customer request and notification of detention as needed.
• Continuous follow up on detention requests based on detention module.
• Ensure appropriate paperwork is filed, up to date and communicated to all parties.
• Communication with account managers, carrier sales and customers to confirm information.

Minimum requirements :

• Studies : High School Degree is required . Having a Bachelor's degree is not required but is a plus, desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Logistics related.
• Experience : Experience working in data management, back office or any administrative related positions. Working in bilingual customer service, bilingual operations or logistics would be a plus.
• Language : Good English skills. B2 or higher is preferred.

Perks :

• Schedule :Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (We work by the American calendar)
• Contract : Indefinite term contract (initially Special emerging contract ) + Benefits.
• Places : Only for Ecuador, Guayaquil. This position will be on-site (Mall del Sol, 4º Pasaje 1 NE).
• Salary : $ 800 USD.
